"DEVOA is a Tokyo based design studio founded in 2006 by Daisuke Nishida. DEVOA explores an architecture of materials and patterns, grounded in a unique hypothesis on the form of the human body."
Founder and designer Daisuke Nishida researches the transformation of muscle balance through well informed clothing. As a former athlete and medical instructor, Daisuke-san constructs patterns based on movement of skin, muscles, nerves as well as veins in order to evolve his designs to perfection. By using innovative and rare fabrics, the work of DEVOA is extremely limited.
